I've never had an out of body experience so I'm not sure.... but my guess would be that it's not something you can control, it just happens. Most of the time they seem to happen as a result of suffering severe physical trauma, or under the influence of a heavy anesthetic. I have also read some people's descriptions of it as something that happened to them during a ouija board experience. I don't know though... is this something you really wish for? Please be careful... - Kokoro |

usually you cant do it on command...but you should try to clear all thoughts and wait for something to happen.... |

I couldn't tell you as mine have always been spontaneous. Check out the web, I'm sure you can find some helpful hints with a little research. Good luck. |

I just think it would be really cool to try. My mom did it once and said it was scary as hell, and not to do it cus she was afraid that it would really freak me out. But I'm willing to try. |

I've done it 2 or 3 times, not on command. but I turned a lucid dream to an OBE. it's not "scary as hell" but it was VERY VERY VERY VERY interesting. it's a whole different world there, sort of like going to space..or even better. check out my new OBE post and you might learn how to project |
