Hello Everyone-
Some USM'er's will remember me. I am Ladyspirit_guide (aka LSG), now known as "Spiritchild". People who know me had asked if I were still involved in paranormal investigations. It had been a while, especially since Nightwolf Paranormal had broken-up.
Well, it happens that a friend of mine, someone that I have known for over ten years, moved a few blocks from her old neighborhood. The "new" neighbors are lovely people. Both are sucessful in buisness, and have three lovely teenagers. All-in-all, a very normal, upper-middleclass family.
For the sake of this story, we will call the wife "Judy", and her husband "Dave". In addition to the children, there are also two dogs in the family. A small dog, and a greyhound.
Judy mentioned to my friend, "Paulette", that they were experiencing some very scary activity in the house. Cold spots, bad odors, and a "bad" feeling, like someone was "watching them".
One day, Judy actually saw the ghost of a wolf run through her bedroom. (It was not her greyhound. Both of her dogs had begun to suffer from the haunting, including the greyhounds personality changing. He started growing at everyone & cringing at some unseen spirit. It got so bad that Judy had to take the dog to the vet. The poor dog started getting so upset, he began to vomit several times a day. The Vet counld not find any physical cause for the dog's problems.)
It was at this point that Judy had Paulette call me. Paulette remembered my days as a Paranormal Researcher, and called me up to ask me if I could come to the house and help Judy & Dave.
USM'ers who have known me for a long time, know that I am psychic, and I discern spirits. I can actually "see" spirits, and I have caught them on film. I also do not assume that all "hauntings" are in fact just that.
When Judy called me, to arrange my coming over, I told her to specifically NOT tell me what activity was happening. (I had told Paulette the same thing). She asked me how much I charge for my services, and I told her that "this is not why I do this", and after I was finished, to "give me whatever she thought was fair".
After we agreed on a date and time, when I first got to the house, there was a real house full of people. I specifically asked a person to walk me through the house, but not Dave or Judy. (part of the problem with being in "psychic mode" , is I will sometimes pick up people's thoughts about what THEY believe happened in a certain spot. So, it is better to have someone familiar with the house walk me through it.
Bottom line, I picked up psychic impressions, corrected identifed a ring as a gift from Judy to her daughter (it was lying on a table), I identified the "haunted areas" of the home, and I picked up psychic impressions of Dave & Judy.
During the time that I was there, I asked for everyone under the age of 18 years to be taken over to Dennis & Paulette's house, because the lights started blinking in different rooms, and there were "cold spots". We also experienced an almost overpowering odor of roses that appeared, and faded after about 10 minutes.
So, here is what I did: I did a healing on the greyhound, (by touch), and Judy & Dave were shocked by not only how friendly the dog was to me, but after I finished the healing, the dog licked my hand!
I also had a seance, communicated with the spirits in the house, and "sent" them on to the light.
I did tarot readings for both Judy & Dave
And, when I left, Dave (who had a been a skeptic) was very shocked & pleased. The dog was healed, and there was a new "lighter" feel in the house.
Judy & Dave not only gave me some cash, they gave me a brand-new scanner for my computer. :)
It has been a month since I cleansed the house & healed the dog.
I saw Judy last Friday night when we went out with friends.
Guess what? Since I was at the house, there has been NO activity (remember, these poor people had been suffering with this haunting for 2 years). The dog is his old self again, and finally able to gain weight. (He also stopped growling at people).
AND, a co-worker of Judy's invited me to dinner, so they (the husband and wife) could discuss some activity these people are experiencing in THEIR house.
I think part of the credibility factor here is I don't "charge", or have an hourly fee. I just let people pay me what they feel if fair AFTER the fact.
