the rugrats go "halloweeny", and usm gets a make over?

okay my tv and computer mess up sometimes and do the most WEIRDEST things`





1-i was watching tv it was the rugrats episode where chuckies dad met this police girl well, of course angelica tell`s chuckie and the other babies that a police cop is someone who sends u to jail when you do something bad then she starts telling about the jail as an cold dark icky room [it shows a scene with the green slime on the walls is this the right episode?] as she was saying room my tv froze and whent ROO-ROO-ROO-ROO-ROO[had her saying it like a creepy broken record while viewing it !!!] then i turned the channel, and turned it back and it was normal again













2-on the computer at usm , and well, my computer messed up, and usm was pure white !! instead of that blackish background it had a white one i thaught "was i gusse the snow really did make usm a snowy scene it`s a snow white usm" i was gonna do a post bragging on it lol then i minimized it then maximized it and it was back to normal
