I just wish I could say that I have something to add, but none of my little ones have ever told anything after my mother and brother passed. no one in my family as well. |

Thanks for the replies Psy Guy, Zema, and Brenda -I've always believed children are more open to things than we are, but I couldn't help but wonder if that's what happened in this case or if it was a mistake of being "lost in translation" with my little cousin which happens a lot since his speech / vocabulary is a bit behind for his age. Thanks again - I appreciate you guys taking the time to respond :) ~ CG |

Beautiful post! Yes, I believe God allows these things to happen, especially when you feel comforted, not afraid! -Wood Elf |

Hi Shai - I sometimes wish I had the ability to see as freely as children did. Kind of heart warming when it involves a member of the family :) Thanks for the reply and take care. |

My step daughter said she saw a dark figure standing by her door way and was sort of trying to claw at her but wouldn't go into her room. We told her it was a shadow but I think it might have been something else. Nothing like that has happened before or since. Every time I think about it, it gives me the creeps. |

I can understand why that would give you the creeps! It sounds like something may have been protecting your daughter :) Thanks for sharing Half Baked - it's much appreciated. |
