True Story...
Length due to many details remembered. Sorry if it appears scattered in places, just typed as the thoughts came to me, as I recall them..
~~~~~ I have used a ouija board a few times, when I was a young girl in my twenties. My experiences were always ok. Maybe it was the extra steps I took before-hand, to prepare for spiritual visitation, and at the end would send the energies back, blessing and thanking them. Maybe it was the way I thought good towards the board, who knows.. I recieved good and positive energies when used with another person who had the same positive goals and intentions as I held, within themselves. (I could never use the board alone, I always felt like I was moving it, Lol..)
~~~~~ Through the (moving on its own energies) planchette, when experienced with another person of like mind.. we both could recieve messages that later would prove to be beneficial. One time, a warning of some kind was given to me, that could be heeded and did come to pass a week later, (showing certain signs from the ouija board communication of what to look for), without happening, because of the choices I made from the information I recieved from the energy within the board.
~~~~~ It was the one time I would witness two others using it and what they produced from it, that made me strongly concerned about owning the ouija board. The final straw of owning the board did confront me.. and getting rid of the board was another horrifying experience, to say the least.. as I had only good experiences with using it, until I personally had to destroy it. I will talk about that later on in this post. Here is how it went as best as I can remember it over twenty years ago.
~~~~~ One night, two of my friends (both male who were also friends) had used the board together, willingly. It started out alright, but within about ten minutes, something changed within them so much. They turned on each other and began to wrestle each other in what anyone could see was becoming an aggressive display. Almost like battling for domination over the other.
~~~~~ It was like two defiant energies met through the board and consumed my friends, and these energies may have despised each other, and lashed out at each other harmfully, using my friends as a vessel. To me, this is what I would call possession, so NOT invited. The noises, growls and other sounds that came out of ther mouths were not human, nor were they earthly what so ever. I watched for a few moments, not knowing what to make of it, until I started seeing this was actually escalating into bloodshed from them scratching each other. I felt I needed to intervene, and the board was calling me out to do it.. whispering it was, 'necessary ', 'beneficial ', 'confirmed '. I knew what the board wanted me to do.
~~~~~ I actually tried to stop it first, by asking them to please send the energies back into the board and close the circle.. but as my human self I could not get them to even notice I was talking to them. It was as if they did not even know I was there at all. I was sitting across the room from my friends, since all this started. I was on the floor with my legs crossed. To go into a shape shift trance, my arms were crossed over my chest, palms open and downwards, touching my shoulders. My right arm over left arm, I was resting my back against the wall behind me. I recall that as my last position before the hovering sensation that took over, when all this wrestling started and I knew then, that I was being called to do something.
~~~~~ I allowed myself to fall into a trance, and shape shift to something of that 'world ', or 'realm ' that was more authorative in a positive spiritual sense.. to stop them somehow, and return the energies that were apparent in both my friends, challenging each other in my home. I remember that I began a chant for a circle and tracing one with my finger around me.. all seen and done within my mind alone. Some out there will know what I am trying to say with that. I remember calling out for The Guardian's Knowledge, and for protection from harm. The rest happened very quickly in a mind's instant of thoughts, like a thousand pictures in a few seconds time..
~~~~~ I heard the words come out of my own mouth, but as some other sound that was not my voice. It was being spoke in an unknown tongue, yet I understood what was being said. It was slightly deeper, kind of raspy, yet also had a certain echoed second 'sound ' close to my own vocal tones as I hear myself when I talk.. this energy also gave me a calming feeling inside myself.. like now everything was going to be corrected and restored to balance. It was as if I actually did, 'Let go, and Let God '. I felt heavy and light at the same time. Maybe some would think of it as a possession, I do not feel it was, as I was inviting the positive good to take over and stop this battle of what ever was going on before my eyes. I envisioned myself more as a vessel of intervention, rather than being possessed.
~~~~~ While the voice from me spoke, saying that this home was of 'Love ', this home was of 'Light ', the two friends stopped wrestling and looked at me, listening. I was still aware of what was going on around me, even in this trance like state. Their eyes were different, that was the one thing I remember well to this day. They were not glowing or anything like that, but there was a distant 'texture ' to them, distorted dark weave of energy around them, if that makes sense. I just knew it was not the real them, ya know?
~~~~~ The voice coming from me, began sending those energies back into the board, and I 'felt ' them leaving my friends, without hesitation. I saw nothing leaving, as the movies would show you a white spirit vapor or other form of some kind swiftly flying out of a body and back to where they came, Lol.. but it was not like that at all. This was all just a feeling but as if I were touching, seeing, or experiencing it in reality.
~~~~~ This whole time that I was chanting in that voice while in trance, the board felt warm, and had been getting warmer in stages, although I was not touching the board and across the room. I could feel and see everything around me and was touching nothing and not even really looking at anything.. I felt light. I guess like a hovering sensation. When I was done talking, this 'voice ' that was coming from me, (but yet while I was still in trance state..) the board began to cool down in stages as it was when warming up, and I was not touching it. It just allowed me to know it was settling down and closing itself. Or, was the energy that I hosted at that moment closing the board? I just had no idea at that time.
~~~~~ When the board was cold, the hovering sensation left me, the trance broke itself, and I felt just a bit drained and was sweating, but aware again as it being 'reality '. Just a few minutes after I realized the experience was over, I looked in the direction of my friends.. they had stopped wrestling and started talking again as friends. They both were pretty freaked out, looking at each other, and they were pretty shocked to see the scratches they got. I suggested then we put the board away. We had to search for the planchette, found under a nearby chair, put it back in the box with the board, and I then put the board in the other room, in the closet, on the shelf. I thanked the energies for the lesson and message. Then we all sat down and talked about what happened.
~~~~~ They could remember things that happened too, just like I could.. but had no remembrance of the scratching each other, or the vocal sounds coming from them. They each agreed with the other, what they had experienced with the board while using it, and it was just weird to them that I saw it differently. Yet they could not explain the scratches they now wore. So, what were they 'seeing ' while all this went on for me to witness ?? Each of them had no idea, as they were just asking questions and getting answers but they were "Distorted messages", I was told. They both also said they heard some kind of vibration that insisted them to take notice. Maybe that is when they looked at me and were listening ??
~~~~~ After a little while, everything seemed back to normal. All that talking it over between us, helped ease a lot of the unknown, in a sense. About an hour later, my friends went home, and I stayed awake and thought about just the absolute nature of what I witnessed. It was a new side to the ouija board for me.. one no one would go through that anymore, Lol..
~~~~~ The next morning, I decided to dispose of the board in ritual. That evening, I went to get the ouija board from the place I put it the night before, in the other room, on the shelf in the closet, and it was not there. I looked all around in the room, and it just was not there. I wanted to wrap it in a white cloth. I wanted to dispose of it during a waning moon phase (when the moon gets smaller after the full moon, good time to banish something harmful). I still had to wait for that moon, so I wanted to contain the contents of the ouija board until then. I knew that no one was in that room after me.
~~~~~ This is already a very long story. I think I will make my disposal of the ouija board post at another time. It is probably going to end up as long as this story.. yes, it too, is truth as well. I had a very eye opening experience with the way that I disposed of it, during that waning moon eve.

Wow, what a great story. I have wondered before about how a psychic would perceive a ouija board and now I know. Do you still play the board? |

Wow thats a really intresting post, cant wait to hear the rest of it. How do you feel about the ouija board now? Do you think something was trying to tell you not to mess with it when you found it had gone missing from where you left it? MysticB |

I have not played the ouija board since then, no.. but not out of fear at all, mostly respect. I still do feel like if the right second person were available with the same intent and mind frame of what to percieve when going into the spirit of the board, as I have, then.. all would go fine as it had in the past. I always felt that it became 'tainted ' when I allowed my friends to use it, even after going over a few things with them about it first. They were not minors I should say, Lol.. we were all in our twenties. |
