I am the same way!!! I may see things during the day but boy do I see them at night....ESP in the dark!! I have to force myself to not look around my room when Im in the dark or to close my eyes n keep them closed. I may still feel them around me, but Im not as scared when I cant see them. |

I've learned to love darkness and use it to hide, hence I seem to "pop out of nowhere" to my friends sometimes, which generally freaks them out but they get used to it. We only fear darkness because we do not know it. We fail to understand that darkness can be used as an ally and should not be feared. I admit I do not see the things in the shadows, but shadows fear no shadows. To see it as a challenge not an obstacle changes it alot. I used to be afraid of the dark until I told myself, "The shadows are my allies" since then, I'm quite able to sleep in a dark room alone, of course as precautions I set up shields when I sleep. Hope this helps you. Darkness and light must co-exist, there is a balance, to step onto the balance and understand both, leaves you no fear of either side. |

what ever book you bought that says that is not a good book. and take this froma witch.
There is no spells that will chase that fear out of you. The only way you can is to just face it. |
