Oh wow!! I would SO LOVE to visit your home. I would be totally setting up my video camera to where most activites are at. Plus taking photos and doing recordings. My new place has been soooo quiet, I miss my old house because we sometimes had weird things happening there. The spirits in your home sound much different that what I had though. A lot more activity than I had. I'm not too much of a pro on the paranormal stuff but I think that you should contact Katsho, I believe that she's the one with the haunted store that she works at? If you get any photos uploaded, I would so love to check them out. |

Hi PSC, lol I've had people say that to me after I have told them about the stuff going on in my house :P and I always say sure come on over but I warned you! Its exciting and new for some people but when it starts to happened on an everyday basis it gets scary sometimes especially when it reaches an extreme like hearing whispers and so on. I was actually touched one night. I was washing dishes and I kept feeling a very strong presence behind me and I kept looking back but no one was there; then I felt someone tug on my hair very lightly on the ends (I have long hair) and I got so freaked out! But it wasnt a bad feeling or hurt... it kinda remined me of my mom for some reason. We have moved from three houses and each house we have experienced things in them. I can understand kind of missing the excitment that comes with it when moving from one house to another. I take it you experienced a lot of paranormal activity? Thanks for reading and replying and I will check in with Katsho :) thanks! (and if I get any good evidence I will share!) |

I remember when I got touched for the first time living at my old house. I was sitting in the computer chair and I felt this weird slow motion poke on my back. No one else was around, it was just me. That sort of freaked me out a bit and I called out "Stop that!" or something along those lines. I started to feel uncomfortable after a while and ended up leaving the house. LOL |

ooo thats really creepy! I always hear people say ghosts cannot harm you but then I think of these cases were they can touch you it makes me wonder!?! O_o! I think I would leave the house too! :P |

If you lived near me, I would do it. I actually would call a few Metaphysical Stores ("New Age") in your area and ask about Paranormal Teams in the area. Call a few, if the same name keeps coming-up? Probably a good bet. |

And-it already sounds like a "human" Haunting...odds of being harmed are VERY slim....that is my opinion based on the facts you gave. :) |

ok i love ghost stories and reading about them online and everything and trying to figure out if people are making them up or not but this sounds so true my friend angel has seen a ghost in her house right outside her door and my Memaw's (grandma) house i swear is haunted its over 150 years old my papa (grandpa) died in the back room in his sleep. the bathroom is in by the back room and you have to walk all the way through the house to get to it i don't like going back there alone in the dark and not usually in the day i loved my papa alot and i miss him also he died when i was in 5th grade i am now in the 7th well good luck with your hunt!! |

Hi Spirit Child, I was thinking about maybe doing that but I'm not sure. I think I am going to try it a few times by myself and see if I come up with anything. I have a video camera and I am in the process of getting a really nice recorder (the ones where they only turn on if there is a sound/voice) and putting that onto my computer so that I can really see if there was a noise/voice or not. I am very curious as to what may be in the house; I hope nothing bad. One night I was praying because I felt tension in the room and all the sudden as if right in my face I heard a man call out "STOP" and... I got scared. I've also been hissed at and my boyfriend has heard "shut up" to him. I mean this could all be non-harmful but I just want to make sure. I wonder if its a human haunting... that would be interesting to find out! What about the black shadows? I don't think they are human. I read up on black shadows and its said they are becoming more frequent in "hauntings" and that people are starting to see them a lot and the descriptions I read and what I seen are very close. (lol I liked the dishes part :P) you seem very brave because I am starting to get scared more easily even though thats not a good thing but I still hold my own. I sleep with the tv on and most nights with a really bright light. For some reason the light makes me feel so much better :P thanks for reading and replying! and I will let you know if I catch anything on tape or recorded! |

Hi author 63423, I am sorry to hear about your grandpa :( and yes I think old houses tend to be a bt more scarier although my house was built and its still pretty wild here sometimes! But 150 years old definately has some history behind it. You should look up the house and see if anything ever happened or if there is any well known history in the house. Let me know if you come up with anything! Maybe your family has some stories they can tell :) and thanks for reading and replying! I will post more if I find anything! |
